FREE RTOS TIMER
Hello Sir,
I am using Renesas micrcontoller RX62N.While using free rtos,i have used timer of RX62N ,does it cause any issue while running whole program,,because i am using free rtos timer.c and timer.h for another applilcation in same program…..Please help me

Sorry, but it is not clear what you are asking.
When you say “I have used timer of RX62N”, I presume you mean a hardware timer, although you don’t say what you are using the timer for (maybe the RTOS ticks?).
Then you talk about RTOS timers in timers.c – these are software timers, and not related to the hardware. They don’t use any other features of the hardware other than the RTOS tick for timing.
Perhaps you could try and give more detail?

Sorry Sir.I am using software timers of RTOS,which utilize RTOS tick for timing.And also I uses Timer of RX62N controller ,which generates timer interrupt in every 1 ms .This i use for GPRS timeout facility .I wanted to know whether these two timers usage conflict in my code.

Read the source code, it will be a good learning experience…. It should
take you less that 15 min to solve this issue… Look to see what timer
FreeRtos is using, then look at the timer YOUR using… It will be obvious
if you have a conflict!
As a real time programmer, you MUST know the integration and utilization of
the hardware and software resources! If not, you will be inefficient in
your job…
